The movistar prepaid SIM card plans start at €19. They may not be the best in terms of pricing. However, they do have great coverage compared to other prepaid SIM cards. So you are basically paying more for the better coverage you get.
Where Can You Purchase The movistar prepaid SIM card?
You can purchase it from stores while in Spain. There are stores all over the country.
Just to let you know that the SIM card will cost €10 and then it’s €9 for 28 days of service, which is a total of €19. The plan you get is 2GB of data and unlimited calls in Spain at 30 cents per call.
If on the other hand, you wish to make international calls, it’s 1.21 cents per minute plus 36.30 cents per call (plus EU roaming).
Final Thoughts
A great prepaid SIM card to use while in SPAIN. It might be more expensive compared to other SIM Cards out there. If you are looking for something less expensive, I recommend you check out this card here.
But again, using prepaid SIM cards are much recommended than to have to purchase a travel pack plan through your domestic carrier. You will save so much when you use a prepaid SIM card instead.
